Final payment must be paid at least 1 week prior to the event or a late fee will be added to the balance and must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the event in order for services to be rendered. Failure to adhere to any of these regulations will result in an automatic breach of contract.

* An incidentals deposit of $100 will be added to the final price of the agreement and must be given as a separate payment. In the event of a breach of contract (BOC) or any contractual violations, this amount will be use to cover penalty fees. After all services have been rendered, and penalty fees have been deducted from the incidentals deposit, the remaining balance will be returned to client. If there are no penalties after all services have been rendered, the full amount of $100 will be immediately returned to client.
* The dollar amount paid upon the signing of this contract (the security deposit) must be at least 50% of the complete final agreement amount in order to secure the date. This amount does not include incidental deposit.
* Package 1 and 2 assures the rendering of services for a two hour period ONLY. Any additional time will violate the stipulations of this contract resulting in penalty fees.
* All penalty fees will be deducted from the incidentals deposit. If and when the incidentals deposit reaches a value of $0 (zero dollars), the contractor has the right to immediately cease rendering services.
* Vendor will render services for what he has been compensated for ONLY.
* If the time of the event changes, vendor must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the event and the alterations may or may not be honored based on availability.
* If the date of the event is changed, it will render this contract null and void resulting in the loss of any payments. The client would then have to begin a new and separate contract process from the beginning in order to receive any services.
* The failure to adhere to any of the previously stated stipulations will result in an immediate breach of contract.
* The agreement is legally binding once signed by both client and contractor.
